U.P.S. does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. BY SELECTING UPS RUSH DELIVERY, UNDERSTAND DELIVERY TIME IS SHORTENED, NOT PROCESSING TIME. THEREFORE DELIVERY TIME IS SHORTENED FROM 4-6 BUSINESS DAYS TO 1,2, OR 3 BUSINESS DAYS. PROCESSING TIME OF High Octane Sports & MANUFACTURERS VARIES.
High Octane Sports Warranty Program
Within the first 12-month warranty period of a lacrosse Head, or shaft purchased from High Octane Sports, simply deliver(if by mail, please call for return authorization number prior to shipping) the item to The High Octane Sports location (1141 Route 55, LaGrangeville, NY 12540) with 'proof of purchase date' from High Octane Sports. High Octane Sports will replace the head, or shaft on the spot with the exact item from our inventory (pending approval/ availability). Store manager handles each warranty replacement on an individual basis.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS can be placed via telephone by calling (845) 431-6863 or by emailing request to anthony@highoctanesports.biz. Please call Tuesday through Friday between 11am-5pm (US EST) and have website descriptions of products. All international orders ship United States Postal Service. Free Shipping offer does not apply to any international shipping. Shipping cost will be determined by High Octane Sports on an order-to-order basis and charged to customer's credit card.
High Octane Sports currently charges sales tax only in the state of New York. Products shipped to all other states are tax-free.
High Octane Sports is offering free shipping on select untrung heads, T-Shirts and Sweatshirt orders within the continental United States until June 31, 2006.
Shipping is by U.P.S. ground Monday through Friday. No Saturday/Sunday deliveries available.
Rush delivery rates are available for an additional charge based on U.P.S. delivery zone and priority selected by customer. Some items are excluded from RUSH delivery due to size and/or weight. All Over-night Rush Delivery charges are based on weight and size of shipment determined by High Octane Sports. Next Day and 2nd Day rush delivery on custom orders are from when the item/order is completed (not when the order is taken). Please make sure to make a note in the Special Instructions section on the online order form if you would like your order rushed. High Octane Sports reserves the right to all decisions regarding shipping.

Return Policy: Please contact High Octane Sports at 845.431.6863 for return authorization approval prior to all returns. In all returns please include name/address/telephone/credit card information/ and original receipts. Include explanation for return/exchange request with desired outcome. High Octane Sports, reserves the right to all decisions regarding returns, exchanges and errors. All non-custom items must be Unused and in original packaging for refund/exchange. Custom-Color Helmet Orders are returnable for resize only (Custom-Color helmet is any helmet other than solid white). High Octane Sports reserves the rights to all decisions regarding returns. Any misordered/returned helmet will be charged a 20% restocking fee by helmet manufacturer(s)on any custom helmet. Rush Delivery on custom helmet order is after the helmet is manufactured. Return shipping cost on Customer Error returns (size/product) are the responsibility of the customer. Customer Error exchange(s) are charged $10.00 return shipping charge beared by customer. Returns/Exchanges due to High Octane Sports Error are not subject to return shipping charges. High Octane Sports reserves the right to all decisions regarding returns, exchanges and errors.

Do Not Send Return Items Express Delivery. High Octane Sports suggests sending return items via trackable service (UPS) to ensure delivery.
